"Lovely hotel in a quiet area but with shops and bars within easy walking distance."

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. "Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times"

"Todo perfecto"

If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"All great but could do with air con."

"Alti standard di pulizia. Ottima colazione con opzioni per tutti i gusti e sala curata nel minimo dettaglio. Posizione eccellente. Camera vista mare ventilata e luminosa. Molto apprezzato la zona lavanderia e stireria in autoservizio direttamente presso l'hotel."

"THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. The staff are very helpful, cannot fault them. The breakfast buffet offered everything and was delicious. The gym was adequate. Only...
