"Great welcome at 10.30pm. Great welcome in bar and great service in the bar. Room comfortable and clean. Easy online checkout. As usual, the pick-up shuttle was efficient and the drivers are super helpful."

"This was a great place to spend the night. It was right beside the station but extremely quiet. They kindly allowed us an early check in after an early morning long haul flight arrival and even upgraded us without extra charge. I would highly recommend this apartment accommodation."

Traffic driving over faulty drain cover right outside The Lion & Swan caused great deal of noise - especially noticeable late at night. Staff said it had been a long-standing problem.
