"I have stayed here before and will again. The price is usually one of the best deals. Carpet floor was nnot vacuumed well enough. It was not visible to the eye but some crumbs could be felt on one side of bed. "

"When I arrived, desk clerk was right outside the door smoking. She was friendly when I checked in but I was overwhelmed with a strong marijuana smell. When I drove around the back side of the building to park, I was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe with a guest a few doors down that stood outside his room watching me as I unloaded my bag and went into my room. My room was dirty. There was hair on sink, toilet, and shower. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and extremely dirty. There was no bathtub as was advertised. The bed was very squeaky and not comfortable at all. I had been at the hospital all day and just wanted a hot bath and a decent place to sleep. I did not feel safe at all and messaged hotels.com immediately upon arriving to let them know and request a refund. After a long conversation, they did agree to refund my second night but I was still stuck paying for a room I was only in around 30 minutes before I left to find a different hotel where I felt safe. I do have pictures of the broken dirty vent, multiple black spots on walls and the shower that was supposed to be a bathtub shower combination. I definitely was disappointed as I have never had a bad experience at a motel 6 or booking thru hotels.com"
