Zipping around Zumbrota

You can tell that the building is a bit old, but it is scrupulously clean. The staff is friendly and more helpful than I expected. We arrived in the middle of the night, but had no problem checking in. The location feels safe even though a bit remote from town and a really good restaurant, The Covered Bridge, is just across the parking lot. It was a great base of operations for visiting family in the area, taking in some shows at the casino, and touring the town.

It was everything expected for a reasonably price. Fast wifi, clean rooms and a great sized mini fridge. With a separate freezer unit, better than the expensive hotels. Pet friendly and friendly staff. We arrived late into the morning after work around 1 a.m. and staff was quick and polite to check us in. Hallways/stairways were a bit dirty, just needed a vaccuming. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Great place

We checked in very late, after 11 pm and service at front desk was prompt. Check in was easy. Clerk was very friendly. Could use a good vacuuming in the stairs leading to second floor. Otherwise building was clean and quiet. Not much for breakfast but researching the hotel and looking at the photos I already knows that!
