Pros-
Very good location for boats to other towns on lake.
Good breakfast included in our deal.
Staff were very pleasant.
Cons
Very expensive for a hotel that needs updating ; we were aware that the hotel was traditional in style but a modernisation of some aspects is needed.
Inefficient air con; very hot in room and we were told as the weather had been cool the setting had been changed to heating across all the rooms, so no individual option.
We had a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the side of
Mc Donalds, so it was quite noisy.....as we had the window open due to the Aircon issue .
Poor lighting in the room- side lights by the bed and 1 table lamp only .
