"Very helpful staff and great breakfast"

"Location, location, location! This little establishment was located right in the middle of all Como related action. Within walking distance of anything worthwhile, the hotel checked all of the boxes and then some. The staff was particularly fabulous, making sure that all of our airport transportation was correct."

"For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want."

"This was by far the best stay of our entire Italy trip, and it was the perfect way to end our journey! A huge thank you to Roberta, who was incredibly kind and accommodating with our early check-in and took such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🇮🇹❤️"

"The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top."

You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...
