Comfortable, clean room with lovely canal views. The hosts are charming and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was excellent and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Well worth a visit!

This bed-and-breakfast goes above and beyond the call of duty in every way. The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very, very clean, and very well appointed. It is also the most eco-friendly room that we have ever stayed in in our lives. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing We cannot say enough about this bed-and-breakfast. We would stay here 1000 times over.

Best B&B ever

The best B&B we ever stayed at, Ricardo and Sara were such welcoming hosts to us, super friendly, amazing Organic food, different selection every morning, we ended up doing a private bird watching tour with Ricardo who is a professional nature guide, we got to see the flamingos and other species of birds with a detailed explanation of each new bird we saw, we had such a pleasant experience, also in the heart of the city by the water.

This is a perfect boutique hotel. It is eco friendly. The hosts are happy to share information about the local area. We only had two nights here but we were made to feel right at home. The hotel was great value and the area is well worth a longer visit.

Great.perfect location.centere of the town with EV charging port parking. Stuffs are all so kind. I could use microwave oven in the kitchen for my eel rice bowl.the restaurant she taughut me was owesosome. Just one improvement is better wifi connection for next time please!

A great stay at Al Ponticello while on our Northern Italian trip, chose the hotel because of its location but with limited knowledge of Comacchio. It really is a hidden treasure of a town with history and a fantastic local culture. Before arriving we were messaged by Riccardo to inform us of an event that was happening and that roads were closed. On arrival Riccardo was the most helpful and friendly person to meet. He offered local restaurant recommendations and told us what to look for in the area. The room was very nice and quirky, we were in the eaves of the roof with low ceilings as expected but the central glass shower and round bed were very nice touches. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay to remember. Just a note: you do have to pay for parking which we were not aware of.

Great B&B

Great breakfast in a comfortable eating area with homemade items including cakes. Friendly, knowledgeable proprietor Riccardo who also does interesting guided tours of the salt flats (recommended). Our room was slightly dated and tired but had a great view out of the window. Overall we very much enjoyed staying at Al Ponticello. We travelled there by train and bus. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from a bus stop. The buses are not frequent (service 331), typically hourly. One can get to the beach (Lido) easily by bus. We went to Lido di Spira which is bus 331 stop 098, approx 30 minutes from Comacchio. Comacchio itself is a quiet village with canals. Has a big supermarket and loads of restaurants. The museum is a must ... allow at least a couple of hours.
