"Absolutely amazing helpful staff! Very short stay at extremely short notice due to being let down by another hotel. Immaculately clean breakfast amazing something for everyone beautiful view from our window of the promenade and sea front. If I had to pick a negative and this is the only thing no lift and stairs to rooms which may put some people off other than that 5* thankyou "

The owner was really kind and helpful with knowledge on activities and restaurants in the area, the room was fabulous! The best breakfast ever and the three course, Saturday night dinner, deserves a Michelin Star. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, just what we needed to recharge our batteries. "A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away. "Clean comfy guest house, fantastic location to attractions and walks,snowdonia is only 40mins away. Breakfast was a snatch bag fruit yogurts breakfast bar muffins and fruit juice ideal for early starters to pick up on way out from 6am or eat in breakfast room."

"Our stay was lovely, the cabin is so homely and doesnt feel like your in a cabin, its so cosy at night, decor is lovely. The owners we didnt meet but communication was good. Only criticism would be that there is an obvious problem with mould and a few things that could do with a tweek for example rusty toilet roll holder, chipped bath tub, bathroom floor and behind the toilet gets very wet due to condensation, pots and baking trays were not clean on arrival also struggled to wash up as we...
