When I checked in no one was at the front desk, had to wait 20min before anyone showed up. The room smelled, the large towels were dirty, they did not provide face towels and never brought clean towels for the next 2days. the trash was never remove during my entire stay. someone tried to come in room on day 2. lock on door did not work had to use latch. no remote for tv, I asked for remote never got it. shower curtain to small floor gets wet. roaches in the room. right outside my door was broken glass. I would not consider staying here again and am considering calling state and health department. I would like a refund as this was a major inconvenience this hotel should be condemed
It's nice that Loyalty Inn (previously Motel 6) added a pool and has a nice staff.
Unfortunately that's about the only good thing.
There's no hot water, no mini fridge, and it took over an hour to find the correct remote to the television.
No pillows, non working door key for the first two hours. The room was damaged and looked like a crime scene. No tv remote, no bedspread or duvet. This room did not match the photos on Expedia in any way.
Cockroach infested and no one cleans daily and the bed and pillows are hard and my door didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk to be let into my room each time
I booked for a 2 bed and upon arrival they only had a 1 bed because they gave away the 2 beds that i had already booked for and i was accompanying 4 peaople. I requested to cancel and for a refund but never recieved refund.
Most horrible experience ever. No hot water , Dirty room, couldn’t get clean towels,Bed bugs, only 12 inches between the 2 beds, plywood holding air conditioner in place and then a inch gap were anyone could look in . I could go on but you get the point. HORRIBLE
