They overbooked so we never got to stay there. They dropped our reservation. We drove 2.5 hours, got there to check in and they “couldn’t” find our reservation. I had an email from 3 days before saying our reservation was good to go and the check-in time. They didn’t help us find a new hotel or offer ...

Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience

Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again.
