"The floor needs to be swept and mopped. It was sticky spots all over the floor, and the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on file cabinets and mattress. I will not come back. Poor Hotel needs to make sure. Staff is cleaning properly."

"Our room was not clean to a standard I would hold Hyatt to. There were stains on the curtains, rug and sofa. The bathroom was horrible. I am glad we only stayed one night. Would not return or recommend. The staff was very polite and accommodating but the property was not as expected or advertised. "

"Paint peeling off the ceilings, you could turn the hot water on go out to breakfast come back and only wait 10 minutes for the water to actually get hot. Breakfast was cold and there was never coffee in the pot for breakfast. Glad it was only 2 nights!"

Were also told it would be 2to 3 hours before maintenance man would be in for the day to look at it. Were told we could not get refund due to the fact we used a third party (expedia)."

"I didnt even get to stay. I looked this hotel three weeks ago , i arrived and was greeted with oh, the pool is not working, okay, that's not a problem. And then I was told, oh, there's no water here. They could have called the clients to inform them so there was time to find a hotel we luckily got the last round in the fourth hotel week when we talked to other hotels, they said oh yeah, they hadn't had a water heater in 3 months.. That is, inexcusable, they couldn't call clients, and they shouldn't be listening that they have rooms available."
