"We drove 12 hours and about 2 hours away, we called to see if we would be able to check in early. Check in is 3pm and we were arriving at noon. The gentleman that we spoke with said that is fine our rooms are ready, but there is a $35 per room early check in fee. I was perfectly fine with that. My sister arrived first checked in and called me. I had booked both rooms. She said they had her pay a $14 parking fee and a $75 early check in fee. Which is not what was told to us. Then I arrived an hour later, I walked in. Staff does not greet. I walked up stated I had spoke with someone about checking in early and our rooms were ready. The clerk asked me to have a seat with the rest of the people waiting for rooms. I stated, excuse me, I called already, I have two rooms and was told both were ready and I could check in early for $35. He then said “oh okay, hold on”. Then proceeded to tell me that it is a $75 early check in fee and our rooms wouldn’t be together. Mind you he still didn’t tell me where the other room was. We go to our room. It’s okay. AC didn’t stay running. It was hot in there. Went to use the pool and they informed us, it’s closed. It’s basically a duck pond. And then my sister bought donuts, sat them down on top the mini fridge. And not even 3 mins later, roaches come from the back of the fridge, all over her donuts! Pay more go elsewhere!"

"Older property. Very dated. Outdoor corridors. Small pool. Steal gates on all entry points. Very average breakfast. Unfriendly staff, especially the two girls on the desk during check-in on Friday 24th April 2026. Booked through Expedia and this property was rated as a VIP stay. Nothing VIP offered, not even a water. Noisy AC unit and 24/7 external light in the room from a blind that sits just above the AC and in no ways blocks light. Average area too. Adjacent to freeway. Walked to a shopping centre on Sunday and everything closed at 5.30 pm. The only pro was the price and I guess you get what you pay for. Plenty of Opossums around to keep us entertained while walking to the supermarket (Rouses)."

"Shuttle service goes on the hour to airport We went to Hilton for dinner as there is no option for dinner in the hotel OK breakfast available on site Good affordable option if you are delayed and need to stay a night before a morning flight"

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. "
