"Couldn’t use toilet. Told staff. They documented it , said they would fix it after the second time of me asking. Never got fixed. Gave us a different room, way smaller than the previous one. No toilet paper, so I took it from the previous room. I couldn’t get an extra blanket, they said they didn’t have anymore. And no one cared to actually tell that maintenance wasn’t even in property on the weekends. So it wouldn’t have been fixed regardless. I don’t know why this hotel was 7.4 stars. I won’t...

"I loved my stay at the hotel the front desk clerk Shontel (I’m not sure if I spelled it right) was so helpful and nice. She provided us with places to go and check out."

"Good hotel."

"Muy limpio, buen trato y serviciales"

"Convenient to the airport"

"Excellent location, as it's relatively central to most places in and around NoLa. Walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop. The free parking was very convenient, Overall the property met my expectations and I look forward to staying here anytime I need to be in New Orleans."

"great buffetbreakfas"

"If you don’t want to get a good night’s sleep, this is definitely the hotel for you! The walls seem to be paper-thin. You can hear absolutely everything: doors slamming, people opening and closing doors, and even your neighbors talking on the phone. And just when you think you might finally get some rest, around 5:30 AM, you can already smell the food from the kitchen. To be fair, the food is actually good. It’s basic, but it tastes fresh and seems to be good quality. However, everything else...
