"Breakfast isnt free they add gratuity so no need tip extra. “Room service charge” is a tip theres two service charges on there they dont tell you. Ones a delivery the other is tip. Room was fine nothing special not a whole lot of light in the room."

"Terrible parking set up and hidden fees. They charge you $33 dollars on top of your room to park in the parking deck that you have to circle the block. Free parking is on the street. The room was so basic and old for almost $200 a night, no fridge and you have to use your key to use the elevator so when your hands are full better get that key ready. Staff was fine it’s not their fault the set up was outdated and inconvenient they just work there."

"Took 45 minutes to check in. 1 person on the desk. Line out the door. Hot water was not working. Said they were working on it but still not working next morning. It was close to where we needed to go but it is definitely dated and worn down. Not much choice for breakfast but was better than nothing. The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the ac worked well. Bed was comfortable. If you just need a cheap place to sleep in downtown Orlando it fits the bill. Just don't expect much "
