#not sponsored James Boutique Hotel has been the best hospitality experience in Europe so far. We arrived late in the night at Colmar so could not find a taxi. We had informed the hotel about this and asked them to arrange for a taxi. To our surprise, the hotel owner came himself to pick us up in his car. We cannot thank him enough for this gesture. The service, the cleanliness, the hospitality was perfect. We would highly recommend James Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colmar. The location is nearby the city centre and you can cover all the tourist attractions by foot.

Oh my goodness! What a find! This is the cutest little hotel that is quite modern. The staff was incredible and so helpful. They have a map of the town and restaurant suggestions that helped us tremendously! The breakfast was delicious with so many options! We hope to go back someday!

Very dusty room
The room is very dusty, didnt sleep well. It may be because the hotel is right next to the construction site. Couldnt use the balcony at all.

Top hotel
Heel mooi hotel, lobby erg gezellig aangekleed in kerstsfeer. Kamer heel netjes en bed ligt goed. Ontbijt (€21,-) zeker de moeite waard, veel lokale producten. Verder alles goed te lopen vanuit het hotel. Dus zeker een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Colmar.

In a town that is very charming this hotel is not intended to be charming. The room was clean and modern, but it was rather sterile. I liked the bathroom, but hated the bathroom sliding door as it didnt close all the way.

Ponte esto donde reservaste: Hotels, expedía, trip advisor, o donde lo hayas reservado. Hôtel Saint James As the song goes “C’est magnifique!!” We came the first week of October, so even the weather was great! It is a modern hotel. The room is spacious, with enough room to place all the luggage and clothes. Toilet is also big enough and everything was very clean. Breakfast is a buffet, they serve scrambled eggs or you can boil or cook your eggs. Different kinds of ham, bacon, sausage, etc. There are different sorts of fruit, bread, croissants, jam, marmalade, butter. You can also have tea, chocolate or different kinds of coffee. Tha restaurant only serves breakfast, but you can ask them to serve you soup and dessert in a package to take it up to your room. There is also a supermarket next door, in case you need anything. A ten minute walk will get you to the centre of town, 5 to the closest museum and some shops. But the hotel is really worth the short walk. All the girls are lovely and so much willing to help you. Thank you so much Marine, Iléana, Rosa, Laetitia and Anaïs for a delightful stay!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Personal und Service ausgezeichnet. Lage gut, Innenstadt zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Einzig zu bemängeln war das Bett - hatte Rückenschmerzen am morgen. Kaffe war auch für meinen Geschmack nichts, sonst top.

The historic district is a easy walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is every helpful and accommodating and the breakfast is very good. The parking is easy. We would stay again.

The hotel is in a central location to the old town. Unfortunately the property adjacent to the hotel in under construction. A large crane and heavy machinery is very loud at 7am making sleeping in impossible We left a day early because of the noise. The hotel stated it was not their construction and could not help us. Therefore we left and paid for a night we did not use

Problem was construction for multi floor building next door. No mention when booking. Unable to sleep underground construction began before 7am. Left a day early because of the noise factor. They would not refund the day charge or consider reducing the the unused stay.
