Start was amazing. I have 2 girls under 2 years old and they were in a fit when we got there and we were 4 hours early for check in. But our room was ready and seeing the stress we were under they let us in early without hesitation. Amazing customer service.

It’s a short 4-minute walk when handling a suitcase from the sky train. Even though it was dark (10pm) there were many street lamps to make the walk feel safe. The room was very clean, very comfortable and sound proof so air traffic didn’t interrupt my sleep. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable one night stay before catching a flight. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. 3 minute walk to the sky train that takes you to the terminal. Attached restaurant had good food and drinks. Would stay here again.

Unexpected layover in Atlanta due to the Government shutdown. Easy to get to the hotel via the sky train and a 3 minute walk. The team here were very accommodating, helped out with some basic toiletries due to mine being in my checked luggage. Room was nice and clean, bed comfy, just what I needed at the end of a very stressful day.

Staff was wonderful, and the hotel was clean and pristine. My 2 reasons for not selecting excellent were the valet and the noise. I either had very noisy neighbors above me and on the side of me or the walls are very thin. I could hear everything. I used the valet over night for my multi night stay and I would always call for the car in advance through their text messaging system, however, my car was never ready and they were not busy.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. But, the best part about this hotel was the staff! They were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking in and out of the hotel because someone was there to welcome me with a smile each time. I was attending a conference at the conference center across the street, so it was very convenient to just be able to walk over. Thanks for a great stay!
