"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, was zu entsprechenden Lärm am Wochenende führen kann (Autos & Mofas). Der Ausblick vom Zimmer(Meerblickzimmer) ist super. "The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:) Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money."

"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"My favorite town in Cinque Terre, Manarola. Small, quaint, good place to swim, simple. The hotel is right above the village plaza. The host is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
