"Second day no heating i was suplied with a heater from the reception BEWARE !!!! There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car. I told the reception clerk he said Oh uou are not ghe only one but did noghing to mark it"

"Beeindruckendes Chateau. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Möblierung unserer Suite entsprach allerdings nicht dem Standard des Gebäudes. Da es im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt und in Villiersexel nur 2 Lokale sollten sich Gäste über deren Öffnungszeiten informieren um nicht hungrig zu bleiben."

La chambre était loin d’être propre : draps sales et tachés, couverture également tachée et même trouée à plusieurs endroits, probablement par des brûlures de cigarette. L’état de la douche était tout aussi déplorable. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, la salle de restauration est clairement sous-dimensionnée par rapport au nombre de clients, et le choix proposé est extrêmement limité. L’attente a été si longue que nous avons finalement renoncé à...
