"Modern and clean"

"Such a beautiful location and Alfred the owner/manager could not have been more helpful. We loved our stay and wish we could’ve heard him play some jazz. Food was top notch!!! Views to die for!!! Hits all the senses!!!! Breakfast and cappuccinos where wonderful also."

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

"Extraordinario lugar, la vista, el castillo, la comida, la gente, el cuarto. Lo tiene todo. No se van a arrepentir."

"We loved the feel of the place...light and contemporary decor. Stunning views and lovely pool to lounge by. Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved! Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view. Light lunches available in the daytime...

"Fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone"

"We had a great stay here, staff was amazing and they were so helpful with helping us arrange a taxi as well. Great place to stay!"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt."

"Pros: Location Cleanness Good and friendly staff Cons: Low quality mattress. Did not feel relaxed laying on that mattress after long walks. Shower's hot water was warm 14 seconds then cold for 9 second and warm 14 seconds and so on."

"Un petit coin de paradis !"

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

"Was completely perfect"

"ワイナリーまでは歩くと少し距離があるので、立地はもう少しワイナリーに近いと良いなと思う。テイスティングが宿泊に含まれていなかったので、宿泊にワイナリーのディナー＆テイスティングを追加するとそれなりの金額になる点には留意。ワイナリーでの体験はとてもよかった。朝ごはんは美味しかったが、特にフォカッチャが美味しくお代わりした。"

"The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. It’s a 30 minute walk into San Gimignano. A taxi, IF you can get one costs €30 during the day and €60 after 8. It would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service but it doesn’t. The hotel is part way through a refurbishment, some rooms are still to be upgraded. Our room had a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. The Spa is only one in the afternoon. Front desk staff were very good, restaurant staff less so. The restaurant is...
