"Accueil difficile sans réception. Impossible de récupérer la clés depuis la machine. Heureusement le personnel adorables est venus rapidement. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la personne en charge adorable. Très gros + En revanche fenêtre fatiguée isolation phonique inexistante ce qui est dommage lorsqu on souhaite dormir. "

"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"What an amazing tranquil place run by the loveliest family. If you are looking for an incredibly comfortable, quiet location in which to step out of the rat race, then this is it.Convenient for Cognac. Nothing is too much bother and the hosts make you feel like a real family guest. Great food if you request dinner. Incredible value."

"Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too! Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants. "

"Juste une nuit mais une nuit dans un lieu unique par son environnement et son histoire. La rénovation et le réemploi de l'abbaye aux dames sont bien réalisés. 2 bémols : le long couloir voûté très élégant est bruyant (surtout les valises à roulettes) et les sdb à l'extérieur des chambres (même si c'est lié justement à l'histoire et la topographie du bâtiment) sont une petite gène surtout pour un séjour de quelques nuits. "

"View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river. Enjoyed."
