"The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - just minutes from the beach and short walk to the town centre. The bus route allowed us to get to all attractions easily, and the hotel has a lovely park with mini golf next door. "We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also."

"Good stay, however hair on the bed and the condition of the room was not great. Staff in the bar - 2 young girls chatting amongst themselves and not willing to help guests. Not great customer service- good for kids and good entertainment"
