"Clean and comfortable room. We appreciated the prompt shuttle service from and to the airport as well as the on-site restaurant. Parking was full when we arrived late on a Friday evening and had to park on the street."

"It was such a cute place! It was street parking which was a little frustrating during the busy times of the day, having to walk so far to get to my car and back. The heat/air conditioner worked incredibly. The breakfast was very minimum for hotel guests unless you paid for brunch on the weekends. But I stayed alone during Easter weekend and was treated wonderfully by Don, one of the managers! He made sure I was happy with my breakfast everyday. They do lock the doors at night so if you’re out late you will get locked out (I did) and when calling the number suggested they didn’t answer. However! A lovely staff member noticed me at the door and let me in after showing proof I was a guest and then he waited up for me the next day as well so I didn’t have to wait for the doors to open! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again! "

"Staff need more training. When you order fries you shouldn’t have to ask ketchup, water, knife and fork. Getting ahold of the front desk to arrange a shuttle is problematic. For those of us that work. A shuttle to the sun west airport would be nice. It’s closer than the Calgary Intl airport. "

"Lovely, clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed & pillows, front desk staff very nice, lots of choices for breakfast, underground parking was a bonus - very safe. Room's bathroom was large but no room for toiletries (should be a counter? table? between sink & toilet). Not very good water pressure for shower in morning. Would book this hotel again (providing very good price doesn't go sky high when renos are complete). "
