"There was a mouse running around my room and when I contacted the staff via text, I was only given the option to switch to another room. This would be insufficient since the mouse eventually left my room by crawling under the front door. The response from the facility was totally abhorrent and the idea that they have a rodent problem is disgusting."

"One of the better, newer, four seasons I’ve stayed at with the level of service you expect. Great F&B options as well, and unreal views make it a good choice when in town"

"Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly.
At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!).
Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected.
Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine.
The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after checking out. That's great!
In all, I think it is an affordable place to stay near UPenn. "
"Despite the ongoing construction we had a great stay at the Sheraton. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our college tours."
