"Our overall vacation was excellent. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. All was clean and the facilities are great. The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. Despite the sargassum problem the beach was well kept. We are likely to return. "

"We only saw turtles when we went out of the resort and paid for the guides. The food from the buffet and room service gave us a tummy ache everyday unfortunately. The drinks were okay, there was not a lot to do to be honest. We had a decent time though and the staff was always there to help."

"La chambre était superbe et bien équipée. Nous avons été désagréablement surpris de devoir patienter pour obtenir notre chambre alors que nous étions les seuls clients. De plus lors de notre installation nous avions valise et sacs sans que l’homme d’accueil ne nous aide et marché trois mètres devant nous indifférent à notre charge. La piscine était sale."
