"Wonderful stay in a crowded tourist area. Beds were plush and warm. Room was beautiful with lounging bathtub. Drapes made of the most beautiful wool! "There was no specific address in Expedia, so Google maps took us to a residential area about a km from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel was on the same road, so it was easy to see after driving further. Once there, the check in was easy and the hotel was very quiet. The service was good and the bar and restaurant were nice. "

"Rooms were on 3rd floor and only 1 room of the 2 we got had a fan. Windows only open slightly and unfortunately it was in the 80s when we were there. I would ask if there is a fan in your room for sure."

"My room was tiny, with poor ventilation, and there was no air conditioning. Despite extreme heat, the staff was unsympathetic and disinterested. Very poor customer service, overpriced, and not as advertised."

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind mit unserem sechs Monate alten Baby angereist und hatten im Voraus ein Babybett bestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft war dieses jedoch nicht vorbereitet bzw. gar nicht bereitgestellt, was nach einer langen Anreise mit einem Säugling besonders ärgerlich war. Wir haben es erst nach der ersten Nacht bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich zudem in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch stark muffig und wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen....
