"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. "Very beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated inside and out, in a peaceful setting in the Vietnamese countryside. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. I booked two rooms, both beautiful. Daily housekeeping. The only criticism is the condition of the scooters. Otherwise, I would stay longer to recharge my batteries, but all things must come to an end..."

"Everything was wonderful and the owner was so helpful. She had scooters delivered to us at hotel to use, showed us where to buy best priced fuel to not get overcharged as tourists. Property is lovely, surrounded in natural Beuty and the buildings had beautiful architecture. Just a lovely place to stay! "

"BEAUTIFUL Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to check in at 10am after our overnight train rider. Room was stunning and the corner suite of the Hotel. Great pool and dinner was fantastic and Breakfast was even better :D"

Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. "The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way. The hotel should offer...

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was luxurious with stunning views that we enjoyed each day. The staff were delightful and helped us with arranging a transfer from Hanoi, scooter once we got there and spa services. The breakfast each morning was filled with a great selection and the on site restaurant was delicious. Would happily stay again. "
