"I liked the old world charm of Southern Cross, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The bed was comfortable, and there were some nice touches such as strawberries to put on our cereal at breakfast, home-made marmalade, and nice biscuits on the tea tray in our room. We appreciated these."

"Lovely stay, asked if we could swap rooms with the sea view and luckily there was one available and were offered one. Shops and town centre are 10/15 mins walks away and is convenient "
"The buffet breakfast was excellent: there were wide choices to suit every taste. The reception staff were exceptional: we have seldom encountered such a welcoming, considerate team. They did all they could to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
During our stay, there was extensive building work being carried out on the campus -which resulted in diversions and restricted parking spaces - but this was obviously a temporary problem.

"Nice b&b , Deney and Helga were lovely host's . Lovely rooms perfect for a few nights with all the facilities you need and great showers. Easy walking distance into Lovely Torquay. Wouldn't hesitate using again in the future. "
