"We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. "I stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-maintained, the room was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the view was beautiful. Everything about my stay was great. Highly recommended!"

"Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal."

The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. Assigned person "Dipankar" from hotel end was at his best performance to serve guests. if we need his prompt action amazed us. he takes care everyday we have had lunch, dinner properly or not. even he helped me to get medicine from outside at night. thank you will be less for him.
