"Room was functionality very good, with stove, refrigerator. Someone remarked it was dated but i liked it. Location is excellent, in the heart of downtown and perfect if McGill location is important to you. Parking was in a nearby hotel for a reasonable daily fee. Breakfast was basic, nothing cooked (cold boiled eggs aside) but plentiful. For the location it was very decently priced."

"Great location within walking of restaurants and sites. We loved our super big room with 2 washrooms- totally worth the extra fees. Staff were friendly. Continental Breakfast was basic but there was a lot of it and it was fresh. "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool table and fitness centre. The common areas were beautifully designed and very welcoming — we loved relaxing on the comfy sofas and watching sports programs on the big TV. The restaurant was fantastic as well, with great food and atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Overall, this hotel created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both of us. We would definitely love to come back agai"

"The front of house staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and did not seem happy with their jobs. All became clear on checkout when I asked the new lady on reception who was the Manager. It turned out to be her and her band was EDWIGE. I asked to leave my luggage and was told that would be 4$. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN ASKED by a hotel that I have been staying in to pay for them holding luggage…. I asked on the first day for my bedside lamp to be sorted as it was not working. Two of the front desk said it would be done but it was not attended to. Both shower pressure and temperature needs attention, also lavatory flush. Each time I came down to reception there was another guest who had a problem/ complaint. The drinks case in the foyer only took coins and not credit cards. Reception had no coins. The manager was not interested in knowing about her complaints, in fact refused to give me her full name and hotel email so that I could document the problems I had experienced. I credit her behaviour with why the front of house staff are so depressed and lacking any charm. I don’t often write bad reviews bug this hotel needs to up its game."
