"Very poor experience. It seemed as though the front desk was only helpful to male customers. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operational. There was food in fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom mirror was so dirty i had to try to clean it. My son could not use the pool as the water had a disgusting film over the top. Don't bother trying to call the front desk either....gotta walk down and talk in person. That's how and when it was very clear that since I was woman the man had treated me different as i witnessed his interactions drastically change when he was assisting a man. I rarely do bad reviews for anything but for the amount of frustration, disgust, we had it is warranted. I am very glad we only had 1 night reserved there. By the way despite, it did no good to voice my concerns to the front desk on staff. He seemed bothered that i even mentioned or requested anything. Definitely will not be staying there ever again! And definitely does not meet the standards that i have ever known for a Hilton hotel."
