"Electric charging cable available and family room with proper single bed and not a sofa bed. Some issues on the night, where some guests couldn’t get into room and was noisy outside the room whilst they tried to sort it oout"

"Very helpful staff. Our first room was rather small with a very hard bed, but they changed it to a bigger room for our last night. Some of the boutique rooms have very quirky furniture! The staff were great, and the breakfasts were brilliant. Would stay again - but choose the room carefully."

"Greeted at the bar by a great member of staff who checked me in and showed me exactly how to get in/out after hours etc. He told me exactly how to get to my room and ensured I was taken care of. The room itself was clean with a stocked minibar (free of charge!), good heating and even an electric fan for those hot days. Bathroom was perfect with all toiletries included, plenty of sockets for phone, laptop etc. and they also have USB chargers in the sockets which is nice. There’s a bar downstairs...

"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "

"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place.
