She swiftly arranged for me to be relocated to a more spacious room and graciously extended a complimentary dinner that same evening. What truly distinguished the experience was that the gesture did not end there—I was ultimately upgraded to a suite featuring a stunning bathroom with a centrally placed soaking tub, an indulgent and thoughtful touch that elevated the entire stay. The team’s meticulous attention to detail, paired with their genuine warmth and consistently positive demeanor, created an experience that was not only memorable but exemplary.
