"Not very clean, check-in process was difficult, no niceties to the place, not even a box of tissues or a mat in the tub. No notes about the area or recommendations for restaurants, etc. Nothing special at all and TV didn’t work."

"The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia."

"If you have shellfish allergy they cannot accommodate you at any restaurant except the pizza during the day. For dinner they can. So just know hanging at the pool or beach you will need to go else where for food. Our toilet overflowed twice, the room with double bed is actually the size of a single room. The beach is nice and the beach staff too. The jacuzzi is a perfect temperature to relax. Not the most terrible but way over priced for quality of room etc"

"Cozy, quiet, clean. bus nearby to travel. Loved the beach access. Walking distance to plaza nearby with coffee and food. Nice place if you’re looking to simply unwind and relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating. "

"Had a great girls weekend at the Saint, Randy did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Everything you need, you can find there. Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, wagons, are readily available. Nice pool and hot tub area with bar and happy hour. "

"Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again."

"We were very disappointed the water park was NOT included in our stay. All pictures showed it was. If you missed the cleaning lady it was hard to get clean towels and toilet paper. The building is very old, it is clean though. Never any towels at the pool. "

"Great sunset sea view as promised. Rooms are only efficiencies, with no catering in the hotel. Bathroom with shower tiny. Parking is a lottery, but reception staff worked hard to overcome that. As such, it is overpriced. Room quiet. Location excellent, great sunset vibe on the beach. The best part of St Petes Beach."

"Parking service was convenient, bar was great, pool was just okay. It’s not on the beach so you have to walk on the Main Street to get there. They will bring you there with their golf cart. "

"This is an amazing hotel with a perfect beach location. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing that makes the review a 4 star and not a 5 is the size of the bathroom in the room. The room was very spacious however the bathroom was so small it didn’t fit with the scale of the room and was a constant nuisance. I will go back and recommend anyone else to as well. "

"This is a boutique hotel, the owner, Kris, was onsite frequently while we were there to greet guests and to make sure everything was running smoothly day to day. The hotel is clean, has a great view of the ocean, there is a happy hour from 4pm to 5pm daily with all you can drink wine and beer complimentary, and a very nice large private beach front. There were some additonal fees that I was unaware of such as renting the cabanas/umbrellas/beach loungers on the private beach, the information on...
