"Great view of the beach and water. The beds were comfortable. The pools were excellent. Great service at check-in and check-out. Justin was very informative with information for me at check-out. The pool house service was great for towels, beach chairs and water. It was great having Sloppy Joes as a restaurant. We had Melissa for breakfast and lunch on different occasions. She is very friendly and a great addition to the wait staff. It was a great week with the weather and the resort. Definitely want to return one day "

"This was a great location. The view from our room balcony was amazing. The beach and pool were awesome and you could always find a seat. The room was very clean and the service to refresh towels and supplies were great. Great walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and water activities. The only down fall was the shower temperature. So days luke warm showers and other days we had a cold shower. "

"We have been to better and have been to worse. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. However, with that said the place was just fine and met our needs. You are on your own, as they do not provide maid service. I believe many of the motels in the area are moving to this model which we understand given the state of the economy. Keep operating costs down. The management is not always on site but are nearby. So you can call if any issues arise. The staff we dealt with were pleasant and accommodating. I have seen some terrible reviews for this place. It is not that bad.They are modest accommodations. I found the rooms quite cute actually. Love the beach theme!"

"There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem with a canceled flight due to weather so we were going to be delayed a few days. Got them on phone one time about problems and a few text but no help with that. Said no rooms were available and when I said there were they didn’t respond. The room types we had originally were not available but there were ones we were willing to change too again no help. I need to say we have stayed at this property plenty of times in the past and they were always helpful and friendly. We did not realize they were under new owners and everything has changed. I have to say the only saving grace at this property was the housekeeper Kimmy. She is beyond amazing and the other guests agreed. She is truly the only reason we stayed along with travel friends and the only person to quickly respond to us about anything. She always brought us things upon request .They did change our second room because it had plumbing issues letting me know they were doing me a favor because it was an upgrade."
