"Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good."

"The staff was so amazingly helpful! They adjusted our arrival date, help coordinate a ride for my elderly mother to the airport, and made sure my husband got his watch he forgot in the room after we had left the hotel. The complimentary water and wonderful fresh ground coffee available 24/7 was an added bonus too! It was Virginia Tech Graduation weekend and they had decorations up celebrating (a great touch). The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean! Will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area again. A special thank you to Buffy, Rhinda, and Sandy for exceptional service!"

"In the bedroom is huge tab that hasn’t been mentioned. The doors outside are not looked and anyone could get easily inside. Our room was on the first floor, and the window wouldn’t lock at all. The place feels very unsecured, even though outside and inside there notifications that security cameras in use. BS. only very strong halogen lights from outside that wouldn’t let you fall asleep. Breakfast was suppose start at 7am. However, it was front loops only available, until long after 8am they cooked some good. Coffee terrible. Do, we left without breakfast."

"First, we grossly overpaid because it was graduation weekend and I rented 3 rooms. All the carpet needs to be ripped out. The breakfast and coffee are terrible so don’t pay for that. Not all the toilets in the lobby are functional. Water pressure bad and the temperature isn’t set to allow the water to go very hot or they don’t have the hot water capacity. We had leftover Carol Lee donuts and graduation cupcakes in a box that were covered in ants in the morning. When I went to tell the staff, she had the audacity to first asked me if I spilled anything and then proceeded to say it was because I brought sugar in the room instead of simply saying she would make sure it would be addressed- she argued with me and then her coworker followed it up by being rude saying it was good we were leaving.
