"The staff, every single one, is fantastic - so helpful and caring. We had a double queen room yet there was only one chair and one place to put luggage. I think I would have received a second chair and luggage rack if I had asked, but in a double queen it seems obvious to me that there would be two people and I should not have had to ask for two chairs and two luggage racks. "I stayed here randomly with my daughter for a last minute concert at the bell Centre. The minute we checked in it had a funky colorful vibe and energy. Sam greeted us and we parked directly behind the building by the entrance to our room. The room was so fun with beautiful art work and some vintage pieces. We can not wait to come back. "

"Lovely 1-night stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, parking was easy. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. We were traveling with bikes on the car, especially appreciated the help from Lajah with storing our bikes & her patient responses to our endless questions & concerns. Look forward to returning."
