"Room was clean, pool was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. There’s also a shuttle that runs from Four Winds casino around the hotels in the area every hour, if you’re going to the casino. The breakfast was standard, eggs, meat, potatos, pancakes, cereals, etc. but still tasty. Dining area was clean. Nice stay."

"Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor and we barely slept due to banging doors and noise issues throughout the remainder of the night. Oh and the floors in the lobby were covered in large clumps of mud. My experience here was awful."
