"The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. "The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat."
