My husband was there for awhile they were very nice and helpful. It is right by the consulate and able to get things done close by for the visa. It was clean and had a nice lobby. Rooms were small super simple no closet. And no window but the helpfulness out weighed they and the price

Hotel Mesaluna Near American Consulate
Spotless room and hallways and restrooms and great, friendly staff, which is important as most of the hotel is filled with guests dealing with the USA Consulate, which is stressful enough.
