"Property and staff were excellent"

"I loved everything about my stay here - the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the style and vibe, and the staff. I highly recommend it."

"Super friendly staff and in a great location. Modern, clean and spacious."

"This place blew us away. We have stayed all over the world in hotels that cost a lot more money or similar. The experience here was absolutely top notch. The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional."

"Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again."

"Personnel et lieu agréable"

Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."

"Great location nice clean and tidy . No bar available."

It's decorated very nice and is very clean, although not a lot of amenities; what I hadn't expected is that there's no staff there in the evening or overnight and it seemed we were the only ones staying on the premises; we were a bit concerned that if anything happened, we were abandoned, with no instructions who to contact if something was needed. It's probable a lovely...

"Can’t recommend. Photos don’t do the place justice for how dirty and broken it was. Breakfast was gross. The staff was lovely."
