"Fantastic, immaculate historic chateau property. Very warm welcome and super friendly and helpful staff, who made the stay for my birthday special. Lovely grounds and the pool was particularly welcome to cool down from the heatwave when we stayed. We also enjoyed a lovely and relaxing massage at the spa."

"Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...

"The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired...

Connection internet quasi inexistante Pas de climatisation dans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Quartier assez moyen. Beaucoup de produits manquants pour le petit déjeuner."

"Chambre propre, avec problème d'évacuation sur le lavabo, seul commodité de la chambre. Sanitaires et douches partagés, dont, vu l'état, je n'ai pas osé utiliser en fin de soirée. Petit déjeuner avec café soluble et léger, du basique. Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne mais je ne choisirai plus. Seuls points positifs, le parking et l'isolement du bruit extérieur seulement."
