La residenza è molto carina nel complesso, probabilmente da fare qualche aggiustamento qui e là perché ha una certa età, ma se si sceglie di stare in un vecchio casale come questo si deve mettere in conto anche che non ci saranno tutti i comfort.La colazione carina, i proprietari anche e la posizione rispetto a città di castello perfetta!!!

Tranquillità e relax.

Posto molto tranquillo. Stanza enorme con vasca idromassaggio molto rilassante. Colazione in comune e abbondante. Qualche pecca nei dettagli; non c’è un vero e proprio armadio, scale ripide per l’accesdo In camera e pulizia da migliorare.

Avevo prenotato una junior suite mi hanno dato una camera fredda e scomoda nella depandance e' una struttura indicata x viaggi primavera estate non certo x inverno ho dovuto chiedere una stufa e una coperta ma durante la notte faceva freddo. La sala comune e' molto triste e' un bed and breakfast piu che un hôtel .. Al check out mi hanno ri addebitato la stanza ad un prezzo inferiore a quanto pagato ora sto cercando di capire cosa ho pagato per questo soggiorno

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il proprietario é stato gentile, premuroso e discreto. La residenza é storica, motivo per cui le stanze se piccole. La colazione a buffet é fino a tarda ora, molto varia. La piscina é bella. L,ambientazione delle aree comuni davvero suggestive! Consigliato

Soggiorno tranquillo in un ambiente particolare, ex convento di suore, che mantiene molte caratteristiche storiche e arredi antichi. Clima molto familiare caratterizzato dalla straordinaria cortesia del titolare. Peccato per il tempo non aver potuto usufruire delle piscine che la struttura offre.

La Residenza è molto ben tenuta e pur essendo anzianotta conserva lo charme dei luoghi che hanno una storia dentro... consigliabile a chi ricerca queste atmosfere!

Wonderful breakfast in beautiful surroundings

I picked the hotel as it was close to where I was working. It turned out to be quite a gem. The rooms were quirky as they were constrained by a very old building, but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a wonderful local jam.

Outstanding Hospitality and Location

From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated as friends and family. Mauritsimo was almost as entertaining as Pepper. The meals were plentiful and made of local produce. Prosecco served gratis when we arrived back most days. The pool was the perfect place to rest after a day out sightseeing. From here we visited Rimini & San Marino, Assisi, Gubbio and Spaleto. All within an easy drive.

Bellissima residenza ma fuori mano...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa residenza e ci diano trovati benissimo l'unica cosa che abbiamo trovato scomoda e' la posizione. Il personale 10 e lode la maialina come animale domestico e' fantastica e le torte a colazione sono deliziose!!!

Location insolita e a tratti inquietante

Passate 2 notti in questo agriturismo che di potenzialità ne ha tante. La struttura è davvero bella e il gestore a suo modo è cortese e simpatico. Sinceramente andrebbe curata molto di più la pulizia (non esiste che vedo transitare tranquillamente il cane in cucina), l'arredamento (di cattivo gusto e del tutto senza senso) e i dettagli (regna il disordine, le lampadine fulminate, il frigobar sfornito e rumorosissimo). La colazione è una delusione totale. Cornetti disgustosi e secchi, torte che passano da un tavolo all'altro e di produzione (credo) della cucina (con cane). Inquietanti alcuni dettagli, tipo i fermacarte utilizzati dal gestore a forma di bara. Le piscinette all'interno delle camere sono piuttosto usurate, con visibili aloni di calcare (non proprio invitanti diciamo). Molto singolare il bagno..... Su due livelli e separato da una ringhiera... In sostanza per utilizzare il water accedi dal primo piano della stanza e per utilizzare il bidet, sei costretto ad uscire ed entrare dalla porta posta sulla scalinata che collega il piano terra con il primo piano della stanza.... bha. Personalmente consiglio di cercare altro... SICURAMENTE c'è di molto meglio ai prezzi proposti da questo.

Niesamowicie gościnny właściciel, obsługa ok, pokój - powinien być nadążać za duchem czasów, śniadanie typowo włoskie (pyszny drzem z owoców leśnych własnej roboty). Polecam zwiedzić 3 km od domu miasto Citta di Castello oraz oddalone o 37 km Arezzo. Przeżyliśmy imprezę za oknem "Dożynki" w trakcie było wspaniale lecz trudno było usnąć :) w końcu to wakacje i każda impreza "zorganizowana z naszego powodu to skarb" :) Na koniec podkreślam nie do opisania gościnność właściciela - Marco pozdrawiam serdecznie:)
