The location is beautiful. The room horrible, beds uncomfortable, mattresses worn out, king bed was separating into two as soon as you lay down. Breakfast food choices were limited. Place is too big for the company to manage.

Grand Hotel Wagner
Since Palermo is known for its gorgeous architecture, it seemed fitting to stay in a historic hotel. The Wagner is old-school large, beautiful, and gracious.
