No drinking glasses or tissues in the room, uncomfortable room temperature with no control, cheap uncomfortable mattress, had to make a long distance phone call just to get in the door to check in, unfriendly staff, front desk never staffed. “Not my problem, call Expedia.”

La estancia penosa ,el el trato creo que tampoco ha sido el correcto dado que cuando llegamos se nos dijo una serie de cosas las cuales no se ha cumplido absolutamente ninguna no ha habido ninguna intimidad se escuchaba absolutamente todo el de su puesto desayuno que hay un bufete libre es todo bollería procesada el café penoso malísimo el spa no funcionaba y la experiencia desde luego horrible

Me da mucha pena que tengan habitaciones en ese estado en un pueblo importante como este. Me imagino que las tendrán mejores. Mal la cama, y todo lo demás. El autoservicio no esta reñido con unos mínimos de buen servicio. No se puede cobrar un desayuno que sea asi.

¡Volveremos!

Hemos estado muy cómodos y tranquilos, el personal amable, el desayuno de buffet correcto e incluido en el precio. La habitación grande y la cama muy cómoda. Hemos hecho uso del SPA un día y nos ha parecido muy bien dentro de que no es muy grande, aunque para remediarlo te aconsejan reservar hora con lo que hemos estado solos y muy a gusto. También hemos ido al restaurante un mediodía. No hay menú del día, hemos tomado un primero a compartir, segundos y postres. Los segundos nos han parecido muy ricos, quizás pudiera aumentarse la gama de primeros.

Experiencia terrible debida a un problema con Expedia en el que se me Envió un correo electrónico en el que dijo que se me cancelaba la reserva debido a un problema con el número de la tarjeta que introduje. Se supone que tenia que llamar al hotel para que no me cancelasen la reserva y no lo hice , luego debía de estar cancelada a las 72 horas cuando vi el correo. Volví a hacer una reserva y desde el hotel no se me avisó que había otra reserva con mi nombre dado a que Expedia no canceló finalmente mi reserva (o eso dijeron) de modo que quedándose callados me cobraron las dos habitaciones, por no hablar que en la oferta no ponían nada acerca de que su Spa estaba averiado. Una pena porque no creo que el pueblo de Cistierna merezca tener un negocio del que se apeovechan de la buena fe de los huéspedes.

La relacion calidad precio es muy buena. Tiempos dificiles para estos negocios, que en este caso lo afrontan con mucha valentia. Hemos estado muy bien, algun pecadillo, pero venial, en temas sencillos, alguna puerta que no cierra del todo...pero contrarrestado por el personal , sus dueños sobre todo. Se come muy bien, la brasa funciona de vicio, muy agradable.

Eenvoudig hotel in een nietszeggend plaatsje.

Ondanks dat we wisten dat dit hotel geen airco had vonden we de kamer veel te warm. In de buurt was buurtfeest tot half 3 in nacht, helaas een gebroken nacht. Ontbijt was voor ons, we hebben in 10 hotels gezeten matig, jammer.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas, al llegar nos indicaron que el spa no estaba incluido en el precio de la reserva, loa cuales fueron 15€ a mayores por persona. Deberian de incluir albornoz y pantuflas para este servicio como en otros spa. La comida en el Restaurant excelente. El desayuno tipo bufet sin jamón y queso para acompañar las tostadas de pan. Buscamos algún personal del hotel para aclarar dudas pero no conseguimos a nadie. Por lo demás todo bien.

Caro para los servicios que tiene

Hotel muy limpio, buen parking. Almohada muy blanda y baja, mala wifi, desayuno escaso y de poca calidad (cápsulas de café que no entraban en la máquina) no hay nadie ni en el momento del desayuno, es obligatorio dejar las llaves en recepción y nunca había nadie (solíamos buscarles).

En el spa funcionan tres chorros y la sauna, lo demás nada. La carne de la cena casi fria, aun recalentandola. El desayuno de continental nada, bolleria, zumos envasados, pan de bolsa, mermelada y mantequilla.
