Good hotel but the worst service at restaurant

We had a family room which was great but warm. Breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit hard to find but with nice surroundings. The hotel was good but the restaurant was with the worst service we have ever had! The waiter ignored us completely and the food and bill took forever (simple pizza), I would never recommend the restaurant to anyone since I have never experienced such bad service!

Viaggio misto piacere e lavorp

Hotel che avevo già visitato una decina di anni fa e che ho ritrovato con piacere ancora migliore di come lo ricordavo. Colazione e personale da Oscar... La migliore qualità in assoluto! E io di hotels ne giro a decine ogni anno. Piscina e vista sulla valle valgono il prezzo del soggiorno! Giudizio 10 e lode. Ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Ottimo Hotel salvo il bagno camera confinante

Hotel è situato in in Bellissimo Posto, unico neo il bagno della camera adiacente confinava direttamente con la nostra camera per cui la stessa risultava molto disturbata .

Empfang war sehr freundlich. Lobby groß und aufgeräumt. Englische Sprache an der Rezeption war kein Problem. Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, das Inventar gepflegt. Frühstück kontinental, Kellner etwas überfordert und nicht der englischen Sprache mächtig. Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen .

Bellavista, pace e fresco.

Un pò fuori dal paese di Cisternino, situato in collina con bella vista e ben ventilato. Un vero piacere nei giorni caldi. L'unica nota negativa é che il penultimo giorno ho chiesto di far colazione all'esterno così come avevo fatto il giorno prima e mi era stato concesso senza problemi, ebbene mi é stato negato pur essendo presenti in sala colazioni io ed una coppia ad un altro tavolo ed ho dovuto far colazione dentro al caldo. Altrimenti tutto é andato bene. Gentilissimo anche il portiere di notte che mi ha preparato un antipasto veloce alle 1 di notte, purtroppo ero arrivato tardi in aeroporto e non ho trovato dove cenare prima, quindi un BRAVO al portiere di notte che ho premiato con una lauta mancia. Se ritorno in quei luoghi sicuramente ci andrò di nuovo.
