"Very nice stay"

"Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying"

"We arrived, and the host greeted us promptly and courteously. Showing us to our very clean room and bathroom facilities. The town of Spa is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Therme de Spa. Parking is free and you're allocated a space on arrival by the host. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. A pleasant and convenient stay, while on a European road trip."

"The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. "Very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. No mini fridge in the room and no coffee maker. Glass double door into the bathroom and toilet. The middle section has a strip of frosted glass, still not much for privacy. The staff was pleasant. Overall ambiance was cold. Not our kind of hotel. "

"Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, ich war im Erdgeschoss und konnte mein Fahrrad mit reinnehmen. Ich konnte im See baden. Es sind viele sportliche Unternehmungen möglich. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Würde wiederkommen.."
