"Everything was top notch except bathroom in the room. The sink didn’t have enough room to hold toiletries. The shower didn’t drain the water and it would puddle. The shower also needs shelves or something to hold shampoos and soap because keeping it on the floor is unhygienic. Also, there’s drop down floor to enter the bathroom and it was annoying and hazardous. Someone can easily fall and break bones. Other than that everything from hotel to food and service was top notch."

"A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech."

"Fantastic stay. Wasn't sure what to expect having read previous reviews but arrived late at night to a lovely welcome (desk staffed 24/7). We shared a twin room which was fairly basic but clean, cool and with quiet air conditioning it was all we needed. Shower room clean and water pressure great. We had no hot water at first but as soon as we raised this it got fixed. We asked for a hairdryer and had it for our stay. Front desk couldn't be more helpful. Full breakfast everyday with lovely waiting staff, especially Sophian, who would do anything for you. All staff very kind and helpful. Riad was close to amenities - great location - yet no sense of noise or hassle and bussle, lovely and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
