Asked for a room clean up and didn’t get it. Amenities is cool. Have to pay for breakfast but they bring it to your room. Beautiful views. Needed extra coffee and such

First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place.
