"We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...

It was an inner spring mattress that had clearly seen better days, with 'body wells' on each side and a raise in the middle from the use. The air conditioner control had literally no markings on it and had to contact the owner to get a picture sent so that I could get it to work. "Ligger lite avsides men ändå nära de platser som är värda att besöka på sydöstra delen av Sicilien. Husen är gamla men välskötta. Rummen rustika och håller hög standard. Rent och fint i området. Gott om platser att sitta ute och ta det lugnt. Frukost och middag är av hög kvalitet gjort på lokala råvaror. De som arbetar på Masserian är alla väldigt trevliga och hjäpsamma. "This is a small place that is in different levels. The rooms are at street level, and going down is a nice terrace, where a very tasty and fresh breakfast is served. There is also a jacuzzi, and going one more floor down you reach a beautiful swimming pool. Lisa and her mom are very nice hosts that offer suggestions as to activities around town, the hotel is situated within the historic center and close to the cathedral."
