"I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. Im Zimmer findet man beschädigte Tapeten und verschmutzte Wände. Im Bad blickt man auf eine Bohrung in den Wandfliesen und auf beschädigte Tür. "Ci è stata assegnata una camera al terzo piano, quindi non ristrutturata (mi pare ce ne siano altre invece ristrutturate), quindi sembra di trovarsi in una stanza anni 80, con mobili e bagno datati. Tuttavia mi sento di dare una buona valutazione in primis perchè la stanza era pulita, il letto comodo, ho dormito bene. Il personale inoltre è cordiale e disponibile.
