"Arrived very late, but the instructions given electronically were so easy to understand. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cleaned immaculately. Hotel is situated perfectly for all the sites and plenty of restaurants and bars minutes walking from the hotel. Overall a great trip and when visiting Palermo again would stay here."

"The host was very responsive and when an issue occured she arranged alternative accomodations for a night. Her apartment is like walking back in time 100 years with antique furnishings and 13' high ceilings. Veruly comfortable and easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants."

"One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. Driving thru the narrow alley streets of Palermo is definitely not for the faint of heart. I will caution that it is on the main street with tons of restaurants and is closed off to...
